Returns & Exchanges
Returns will be processed within 2-3 business days of being received. It may take up to 5 business days for credit card or PayPal refunds to be processed. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable.
- Items purchased at KUUL are eligible for a full refund within 30 days of purchase. We cannot accept returns made after 30 days from original order date. The original order date is the date you received an order confirmation email from us.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, with all original tags attached in order to be refunded. Clearance items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned.
- Returns must be shipped back in original shipping box or appropriate replacement box.
- Unfortunately, we cannot refund duties, taxes or shipping charges.
- If you would like to make an exchange, we recommend that you place a new order for the size that you need, as we cannot place any items on hold. Simply return your unworn item for a refund and place a new order. Please note we cannot guarantee inventory will be available when you place your new order.
- For international returns, ship your order to the address provided in the email you receive. Once we have received your return, we will issue a full refund for your original order.
Damages & Incorrect Items
- If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact customer service immediately. KUUL will provide a free exchange or full refund for defective items when notified within 7 days of receipt, provided the items are unworn, unwashed and with all original tags attached.
